June 16, 2016 – Reston, VA – Knight Point Systems has been awarded a 2016 Top Workplaces honor by The Washington Post. In its third annual survey, The Washington Post’s Top Workplaces list spotlights private, public, nonprofit and government agencies with the highest ratings from their employees in a survey conducted by Workplace Dynamics.

Knight Point Systems (KPS) was founded in 2005 to address the IT and infrastructure challenges facing Federal government agencies. Since that time, KPS has established itself as one the fastest growing providers of technology and consulting services across Federal government, State and Local government, and commercial enterprises. Our dedication to each of our customer’s needs, mission, and objectives has been a cornerstone of our success, since 2005. We have a passion for understanding our customers’ business needs and we know that our success in delivering great solutions means investing in our most important asset: our employees. Our staff maintain expertise spanning a wide spectrum of IT management, technology, and service solutions. The KPS mission is to exceed customer expectations, by delivering on commitments with proven value added solutions and thought leadership. We do so by creating an organizational culture that fosters personal and professional growth, thereby empowering our team members to focus on service excellence.

“Our goal is to provide innovative and consistent products and services to our customers. To do that, we have to have a foundation of dedicated, hardworking employees. And we know that they are the reason that we are able to deliver, so we’re always trying to find ways to recognize their commitment. Being named a Top Workplace is incredible and it lets us know that we are continuing in the right direction.”

A total of 150 companies will be awarded at a celebration on Thursday, June 16 at The Washington Post. In addition, Knight Point Systems will be featured in a special section of The Washington Post on Sunday, June 19.
